Hello,
On november 15 i placed an order on Aliexpress. The seller gave me this tracking number:
RY644153721CN
I checked it:
2017-11-22 18:57:41.0 shipping notice received from seller

Why it is stuck on that status? Thank you for your attention.

"shipping notice received from seller" means your selle applied a China Post tracking number with software, but did not actually shipped anything. You should open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.

Thank you for answer.
I sent a message to the seller and he replies "Parcel is on the road, please be patient".
Should I open dispute?( i have 42 days of purchase protection too)

Just i opened a dispute, the status is changed automatically to "Dispute finished, your refund progress" then in a few days i think that i will get the full refund.
