http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ833121771CN shows the parcel left china post warehouse on Sep 23. Normally should arrive Milano airport (MXP) in about 10 to 20 days.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Oct 22, open dispute for lost parcel.
