I bought a dress on the other sparrow website on August 16th. However, it's since 23 August that my shipment seems to be in transit from Beijing to MXP. I called the courier who takes care of the shipping in Italy (Poste Italiane) and they told me that it is still at the international exchange center in China, which is the sorting center I suppose.

Do you have any news about it? I don't know what to do because it's the first time I make a purchase from China and I'm a little bit nervous.

LZ710459152CN was sent to Beijing airport on Aug 23. It should now in Milan import customs. Italy customs clearance sometimes can take 2 to 6 weeks. You might need wait some more time.
