Hi, I'm waiting for my parcel from China,I've bought it on 26th of September but according to the tracking number it results still in hangzou. Can you check where exactly is please?The tracking number is: RJ623125172CN . Thank you!

the parcel stuck in Hangzhou, normally it should go to Shanghai. If I were you, I will open dispute for lost parcel.

Hey there is something new this morning from the tracking,now it results held by customs Milano ros. What does it mean?can you check please?

It means it arrived to Italy.
If you track your parcel with the Poste Italiane website you can see exactly where your parcel is, and more clearly because it's in Italian. :)

RF095617158CN just arrived Peru,Lima. You will get it very soon.

RI707691021Cn was just shipped from china. you will get it by end of Nov.
