Dear China Post Staff,

The enclosed code concerns an order made through Amazon on Dec 3, 2016, which was taken kare of by China Post on Dec 7. My tracking information on http://www.11183.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_e reports:

Tracking Number：LX231505018CN
Despatch from Sorting Center(GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi GUANGZHOU) at 2016-12-12 15:02:00
Timing Site Status
2016-12-07 21:40:00 51008101 Posting
2016-12-07 22:41:00 GUANGZHOU Handed over to Customs
2016-12-07 22:42:00 GUANGZHOU Held by Customs
2016-12-12 15:02:00 GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi GUANGZHOU Despatch from Sorting Center

At this point, nearly a month has gone by and I have no further news.
After reading your last post, I suppose that the parcel is no longer in China, and that the Italian carrier omitted to issue an update.
Maybe you have some advise on this; I will be contacting Amazon if more time goes by and if you think it's best.

2. So according to both tracking your parcel in On Route/In Transit to your country Italy. It might or might not have been delay because of this:
When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

3. May I suggest you contact your seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS: 11183, to find out more information about your parcel.

Dear ANdrex, many thanks of concerns on giving me all above details
unfortunately j'm not in position to call China Post EMS from Italy and j dont know if my parcel
has to be consider missing,, j had paid this article by advancce and it it was also very expensive
but it as a gift..
PLs let me know what j can do...to collect the parcel.
