Dear All,
I have shipped a carton box from Guangzhou the 18yh of October. The tracking info says "Departure from China" on 24th of October and no other info from then.
Who can help me to find my box?

"departure" means the parcel has left China Post warehouse and sent to airline. In normal season, the parcel will catch airline and leave airport in 2 or 3 days. However, now is rush season, too many parcels are lining up for very limited space. You need wait some more time.

but it is sure that the parcel has been shipped, or it is possible that it is missing?
Where is my box now? I am waiting from 18th of October...

What does it mean "return to shipper"?
I have personally shipped the parcel at post office in Guangzhou and now, after 2 months where is the box? Gone back to post office in Guangzhou?
Who can help me?

If you shipped the parcel from Post office without returning address in China. The parcel will be returned to the post office where you submitted the parcel.
