Post Who signed my parcel?

Hello,

I can track my parcel via http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RU878314318GB and see it is delivered. Is it possible to find out who signed the parcel on delivery? (it was a signed postage so someone should have sign it upon receipt)

1. Have you talk to Royal Mail?
2. Was it included in the charge of sending your parcel?
3. Was it an extra charge that you had to pay for a confirmation of delivery with signature?

4. There is no possibility here to know who signed for the parcel unless you ask Royal Mail for an investigation about your parcel and telling them it went to the wrong place/person.

Hi int077

1. Yes, They said "We have experienced high volumes and will process your claim shortly. " on 23-rd of May.
2. Yes it was sent via International Signed.
3. Yes I was charged extra for signature.
4. I raised it with RoyalMail already and waiting for them to come back.

1. From what I read on Internet it takes between 30 to 60 days in most Country postal system to get an answer from an investigation.

2. If you are doing that I suspect the recipient is telling you that he never received the parcel?
