Hi, good morning!

I'm just wondering where could be my package because till 2016-05-18 shows the message "Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared" but no news till then.

It's a package from ioffer destination Spain.

in order to get help, you'd better provide tracking number.

parcel to Spain might take 4 weeks. After parcel left china, the status will freeze at its last china location without changing(none scan the parcel anymore). So your parcel status is still normal, no need worry at this moment.
