My tracking number has had no update for a week, any idea where it is? I ordered from the site mid February but only got it dealt with on the 10th of April. My tracking no. is RF220545855CN

You can track it through UK Postal System.

You can track your parcel on the United Arab Emirates:

Your parcel is either trying to get a flight to your country or has already arrive in your country and it's at your Customs Department.
Maybe you could contact UAE Postal Office to find out if they know were is your parcel!
