the parcel should have some problem to pass safety scan in customs. I suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

but it is individual seller from China and he won't help

Also seller from China said that someone will call me but no one ever called me in last whole month. Also he said they will compensate me but I think he is lying.

1. Maybe you could through the institution (credit card, Pay Pal, bank etc...) that you paid the product give then a call. Say to them you have not receive your parcel/article you bought from the seller because it did not pass security check and you will never receive the parcel.
