2. Your parcel was only put in the mail on the 20/04/2016. Either your parcel arrive in France and it's at Customs Office getting inspected or It's loss. Normal estimate arrival time for France in 2.5 to 7 weeks.

3. Maybe you should contact seller and explain to him that you have not receive the parcel.

1. Just wait another 2 weeks, if after 2 weeks you don't receive the parcel then contact seller and ask him for a reimbursement because you have not received the parcel.
