Post Where is my parcel?

My parent sent me package N° CP320977751CN, it switch between Shanghai and Beijing. It is an intenational shipping, why it did not left China yet?
Could Someone of China post help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows "Beijing Transit Station import customs scan ". This is a very bad sign. based on my experience, your parcel can not pass export customs scan and was returned from China customs.

Did you have any details of customs problem? It is an exportation parcel if any problem exist, it will be rarisen in my country. I don't understand why?
Could you let me know how to do or to contact customs department.

get the shipment date from http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, then estimate the arrival date from http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php
