It hasn't been updated for 20 days. What should I do ? It shows me that the parcel is at customs since 13/11.

1. Possibly your parcel has difficulty passing the China Post Export Customs Scan. You might want to read this:

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

2. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him about your parcel that it's block.
