Hi where is my order right now?RS255820354CN

DHgate released my payment automatically before I get my order very strange. I Always order from aliexpress. Why dhgate released the money before I get the order?

2. So according to the above tracking your parcel is On Route to the Netherlands. Unfortunately you are the only one that can check on the NL Post Site for your parcel.

3. As for DHgate releasing the payment, I can not help you there because I never dealt with them. You should contact customer service at DHgate:

My parcel stucks since the 26 -09-2016 on the same status?? When it well leave china????? to the Netherlands???

1. Parcel from China to European country can take up to 3 weeks.
