1. After tracking your parcel on 3 different sites this is what I get:
Item is not found at this moment.

2. Tracking number is valid, the parcel is not in the China Post mail system. The parcel was not physically mail yet.

3. You should contact seller and tell him the parcel is not in the mail. If the response from him is not to your expectation then open a dispute.
