1. This is what I found for you:
International Mail# RK515407488CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RK515407488CN CHINA NETHERLANDS On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
07-Sep-2016 16:50 Received by Post Office 22604400
13-Sep-2016 04:22 Departure export customs SHANGHAI

2. So basically your parcel is On Route to your country Netherlands. Normally it can take up to 3 weeks for a parcel to be deliver to a European country. You might be able to track your parcel when it arrive in your country through Post NL.

3. To answer your question:
exported directly

Means that the parcel has pass the Security and Customs check and is ready for export to the overseas country, needs only to get on board an Aircraft to get out of China for the projected country.

Hope this help.

Thanks for your help but it's updated again what does it mean? It's really weird at the moment if you look at the tracking.

1. It means exactly what I answer to your question above in the para 3 above:
3. To answer your question:
exported directly

Means that the parcel has pass the Security and Customs check and is ready for export to the overseas country, needs only to get on board an Aircraft to get out of China for the projected country.

2. So now it found a flight to get out of China:
2016-09-15 01:30:00.0 arrive Shanghai Int'l Airport
2016-09-15 02:37:40.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

3. So the Mail Bag containing your parcel in on a flight to your country.

Hope this help.
