I am trying to locate my package RK383885380CN - it left Shanghai about six weeks ago and no update, how do I get help in locating my package?

Hello On December 5 I bought clothes on eBay. With tracking number provided by the seller I saw that my package was processed on December 8 gold we January 27.
I would just like to know where my package is passed. I contact the seller who told me that the parcel is sent The tracking number is A000041512060192 A000041512060193
Please can somebody help me.
The transport society is flytexpress I contact them for a response and I waiting

your parcel is singapore post parcel, track it in singapore post website.

You are in Ireland right?
When I track your parcel on Ireland post website it says that it was delivered yesterday at 9:47 AM

So if you don't receive it, you have to go at your post center and ask why.

(Sorry if it's not entirely comprehensible but english is not my first language)

You are waiting for this package since when?
What's the country of destination?

(It's strange but it's the first time I see a track number without any letters...)
