Hello ,
I am waiting for two packages : RS005443252CN and RS005443249CN . I see that the parcels are at Khorgos and have not left the Chinese territory. Why? What is going on?

Je suis dans l'attente de 2 colis : RS005443252CN et RS005443249CN. Je vois que les colis sont à KHORGOS et n'ont pas quitté le territoire CHinois. Pourquoi? Que se passe t-il?

1. For parcel RS005443252CN, last tracking is this:
2016-06-28 18:07,Leave "Huo er Guo SI" routes

So basically it departed China for France, how many hop the Mail Bag with your parcel will do up to France that we don't know.
Eventually you will be able to track the parcel through La Poste site.

2. For parcel RS005443249CN, last tracking is this:
2016-06-28 18:07 Huo er Guo SI, left

It seem that this parcel also left at the same time. So can we assume maybe that both parcels are in the same Mail bag for France.

Same comment above apply for this parcel also.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. That's still 13 days I have more information about tracking my package ... When I phone the station , the counselor told me that my 2 packages are blocked to Khorgos in China. The seller told me that the two packets have much left China ... So, I do not know what to think !
