hello
They sent me a package with tracking number RS103225310CN.
a few days now appears to have stopped, can you tell me what happens; :(

2016-06-21 20:44:34.0 parcel center received
2016-06-21 21:58:27.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-06-21 23:12:36.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-06-22 00:48:36.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-06-22 13:41:33.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-06-23 22:44:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2016-06-23 22:46:35.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-06-24 12:28:04.0 Guangzhou express 公司 safety check rejected
2016-06-25 09:59:54.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-06-25 11:04:11.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-06-25 11:05:08.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs scan
2016-06-25 11:08:12.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

the last line "Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared" means your parcel was returned back to China. You can not get this parcel anymore. If I were you, I will open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

If the item was on china post prohibited items list they will have to reship via a different shipping service.

1. If I'm not mistaken the Airline refuse your parcel:
2016-06-24 12:28:04.0 Guangzhou express 公司 safety check rejected

2. Normally this type of scanning is from the Airline security check, so your parcel is going back to seller. He can possibly tell you more why exactly it was refuse.
