Hi. I have problem with packet that was send before a month. I agreed for delivery time from 30 up to 40 days, but 30 passed and I am worried that it will not get in time and I need it because there is birthday gift for friend in package. Tracking number is "RF367532049CN", it's stuck on "Leave (Beijing Airport)" for 10 days and I know that's unusual because I use your shipping service very often. Packet contains birthday gift for my friend so I would like to know status of it. Did you lost it? Is it just stuck because airport is too busy? Any additional info would be much appreciated! Thanks!

2. So according to the above tracking your parcel is On Route to your country. Now it's up to Serbia Post to scan your parcel on arrival. Estimate time of arrival for your country from 10 to 21 days.

3. If you have not receive your parcel by the 11 Nov, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel, he might be able to call China Post to find out what happen to it.

4. According to the tracking your parcel is fine. You just need to wait for it and track it on the Serbia Post site for any new movement.
