Either the number is fake or the package hasn't been scanned yet.

1. First of all, your tracking number is a valid tracking number. After tracking that number on different sites, I was not able to find anything.

2. If you just got the tracking number, you need to wait 2 to 5 days before it gets into the China Post system. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
