Hello,

I have tried returning LCD screen from Europe to China, purchased via Aliexpress.
The address was:
Name:Lin xiaozhen
Address: No. 2002, Nanhua Garden huayuege 29C, Huaqiang SouthRoad, Futian District, Shenzhen ,China
city:shenzhen
post code:518000
Country:China
contact number: 18675830160

The seller also gave me the address in Chinese writing, I have written both addresses on the parcel. The tracking number was CC046714269NL via track-chinapost.com I get the information: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=CC046714269NL
On May 19th 08:32 there was an unsuccessful delivery, with remark: other/item being held/addressee being notified
Then, May 19th 09:57 the parcel was delivered to POST 518031
Is the parcel now at the post office?
The Aliexpress employee is not really helping me, how can I get the parcel to him? Can I ask him to pick the parcel up?

My parcel has arrived destination country for long time without delivery, why?

my tracking number is RE396427480GR my parcel according to track-chinapost.com is in Shenzhen from 17April and something starts to move in the last 2 days what exactly have to wait
