Post Tracking number shows no information

The tracking number for a parcel to Spain shows no info.
For Track China Post: Parcel invalid
For Spain: it says nothing below "China Post delivery information in Spain"

Estimated arrival is between 16 jun - 28 jun, so I'd at least expected some tracking info by now.

1. If the parcel was mail more then 10 days ago, then open a dispute because your parcel was never into the China Post mail system.

2. If it's less then 10 days then you need to wait and track it.
