HI All,

My tracking number RM712206522CN has had no updates since July. apparently it has left the airport but nothing else after that.

Is there anything that i can do to find the whereabouts of my package.

1. On the site of Royal Mail this is what I get:

27/07/16 13:09 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

2. So your Parcel is in UK.

Hope this help.

Hi,

Thanks, I had checked the Royal mail website last night to see if it had arrived but forgot to mention this on here.

Should it really take that long to get through customs? it's only a pair of football boots.

1. Here is a general statement that I found very appropriate to any country of the World:

Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

With both Customs and security, if one item is suspicious, it may delay everything in the same dispatch.

2. You can find it here:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

3. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do, maybe you could call Royal Mail about your parcel, but if like most of any country they will say basically nothing.

Hope this help.
