My question is what i should do? is it normal or not because i waiting already 1 month and it still wont arrive

1. I suspect your parcel has arrive in Lithuania and is possibly at the Customs Office getting clear, then it will be given to Lithuanian Post for delivery. You could call Lithuanian post: (370) 8 700 55400 to find out were is your parcel.
