Post Tracking doesnt change after a month

Hi everyone!
During the global festival 11.11 I bought a bag shipped with China Post Registered Air Mail.

Here's the tracking number: LF012435662CN

After a month I still receive "Electronic information received". I've read here on the website, that that could mean the package hasn't been shipped or the tracking number is fake.
What do you think about it?

1. May I suggest you read this:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

2. Just open a dispute for your parcel that was never mail.

Thanks for the reply! :)
Argh, it's a difficult situation. The seller doesn't answer the questions and keeps prolonging the buyer's protection time, and the Aliexpress customer team keeps saying "The package is in transit, you just have to wait", while it's obvious that he didn't send anything.

I hope that I can get a refund.

1. If you can open a dispute do so and include the definition about electronic data receive. If seller refuse the dispute just escalate the dispute to higher again if you can include the definition about electronic data receive.

3. Normally parcel to Canada can take from 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver. Also you can not track on Canada Post site China Post Register mail.
