i ordered a product back in early September and it had dispatched back in September 15th.

the tracking id is was given when it was dispatched with china post : RO418513531CN :

since then nothing has changed via the amazon tracker (still in transit with carrier), and the package hasn't been trackable with china post or with destination specific since.

with less then 5 days till stated delivery date and the seller hasn't replied to my email i sent just under two weeks ago, I am now getting skeptical whether or not my shipment was true.

any help ?

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. I did try on different sites to track your parcel but could not track it.

2. Possibly the seller did not have on hand the product that you order and was pressure either by you or Amazon to send the parcel. As far as I'm concern the parcel was never physically mail through China Post.

3. Just open a dispute with Amazon to get your money back.
