Hello!

My order, with tracking number RD252446955CN, has been in "Export Security Scan" status in Xiamen since July 2nd, no changes. It's only some clothes from dresslink.com, no liquid or battery inside.
Is it normal to stay in that status that long?
Could somebody please help me with some information?

status no changing within 2 weeks is normal. you need some patient.

Hi,

I have two orders RJ142968345CN this is stuck in Export Customs Scan since the last 21 days and RI025241705CN is stuck since over 15 days. they are phone cases and do not have battery. please tell their status.

I'm from Brazil and I have an order stuck in Beiking Export Customs Scan for 1 month now... try to open a dispute but the seller tells thats "on my way" and give me more 45 days of buy protection.

you can open a dispute before the protection expires.

Hi airmail to India booked on 22 sept. Stuck at customs scan now. Only an earring. Any update would help. Thank you

wait one more week and track again. if still no updating of status, you should open a dispute.

I need help.I sent Reclaim tablet from Slovakia to China.From 31.12.2014 is in Beijing to customs control, without moving for over 2 months.Why?Tracking number is:CT002152159SK.
