My track code is RI961880047CN and it's been 15 days since the last update. Average delivery time is shown as 33 days to turkey but it's already been 30 days. What's the situation of this package could u help me?

Hello Wheres my package now? they said

2016-04-28 15:59:08.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

they said this yesterday... i do not believe that it will take more than 1 day to reach Singapore.. i Checked flight time on google and it said flight time from Guangzhou To SIngapore is 4 hours and 10 mins only so why is it still not updated till now? some one help me please i need answers!

1. You can track your parcel on this site:
http://www.track-chinapost.com/track.php?code=RI961880047CN&fc=0

2. It was mailed only on the 04 April 2016.
3. It departed Guangzhou on the 16 April 2016.
4. I suspect your parcel is at Customs in Turkey getting clear.

5. Please also note the following:
Customs & security delays:
Customs operates on their own schedule, and they don’t care how badly you want your package. Some places open and inspect almost everything, some don’t; some places process packages very efficiently, some do not.

With both Customs and security, if one item is suspicious, it may delay everything in the same dispatch.

6. The above about Customs does not count in the deliveries time of your parcel.
