please can anyone help, I've ordered goods from China with a tracking number RJ658340675CN
I've viewed the order and it appears just to be stuck at the above location
it's been there since March 9th, has the item got lost

I think the item stucks in your customs. I think you should contact with the customs to ask for the parcel.
