My order status is stuck on "Sent to airline" since 14.04.2014.. It's supposed to arrive in Bulgaria. How much time will it take to be here ?
Tracking number : RC378938527CN
What's this all supposed to mean "Sent to airline" and why is it the same for 10 days ... Help anyone ?

normally you should wait about 2 to 4 weeks after "sent to airline" date before get the goods.

sometimes it takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Poland, please be patient.

Hello,

I have 2 packages: RC908833821CN and RB501523625CN, both of which were received by China Post on April 12th, 2014 (I ordered them on April 5th). For some reason it took almost a month for them to process through China Post and as of May 4th, 2014 they now say "Sent to Airline". I have read previous posts and I understand that it typically takes 2-4 weeks to receive your package after the "sent to airline" status, but is it really normal to wait 2 months (8 WEEKS) to receive a package???????? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? I am willing to pay more to send this package express if possible. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband and his birthday is in 1 week! Anything you can do to help I would really appreciate it!

you can not do anything to speed up the parcel. just be patient. if you can not accept the late arrival date, open a dispute to seller and claim refund. once the parcel arrives, reject it. it will be returned to shipper.

parcel normally arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after "sent to airline" date. so you might to open a dispute if it still not arrive by next week.
