those tracking numbers are valid ,not fake.

Hello could you tell me which company will handle this items when they reach the UK,will it be royal mail or parcel force?

Also will I need to be in to sign for them or can they be posted through the door ?

royal mail will make the delivery in UK. you should check with royal mail and ask about signature issue.

I just tracked it again and it's no longer saying sent to airline it says departure customs, can you please check the two tracking numbers above and see what your system says ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both tracking number were sent to airline on April 9. you need wait about 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date to get the parcels.
