2. I would not be surprise that your parcel is doing this:
Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries en route to their destination.

3. Also Shanghai was affected by the smog in Dec, so that meant reschedule the mail to go out of China.

4. Parcel coming out of Shanghai are all delayed in USA, UK ETC...

5. If by 20 Jan you can not see any new movement of your parcel on the Finland Post, then you should open a dispute for your parcel.
