How can one find the details of the sender of a package in order to be able to return it. The EMS slip is in chineese and the address

1. Are you the one how order it? If yes, then contact the seller and as him to send it by E Mail.

2. If the seller only speak in Chinese, then use Google translation. You could also scan the address to a document and use Google translation to find out the address.

3. Other then that, you could with the tracking number find the EMS company that took care of the parcel. This tracking site might help you:

i made an online order from http://www.inspirekitchens.com.au/ they do not reply to any of my emails. I have no other contact details. And they sent me something completly different form what i ordered. On the EMS slip of the package the address is in chineese, there is no sender name or company only a phone number that is always busy. So i thought maybe the courrier service has the senders details. Although i dread to think that even if i do find it out and return the item my money will not be returned and i dont know what to do to be honest.

1. Gather all the info available into your account, order, tracking number etc...E Mail that you sent like everything you can thing of.

2. I gather you paid with a credit card company American Express, Master Card or Visa. Just contact the credit card company and tell them your situation that this company put your through. Try to get your money back from the credit card company.

I have already contacted the credit card people from MONEYSAFE prepaid cards and am now waiting for them to look into it etc.
