Hello,
My package doesn't arrive yet to the destination and the tracking number status isn't updated since 10/02/2017 13:12:08. Can you give some information about it, please?
The tracking number is RS371774245CN.

We only know the parcel left china on Feb 10. It should be some airport between china and PORTUGAL. As none will scan and update parcel location status after it left China, you can not know exact location at this moment.

Based on my experience, parcel shipped during chinese new year holiday time normally will travel 2 months to reach destination. so your parcel is still in normal time frame. just wait, it will arrive sooner or later.

My tracking no. Is RS535450661CN
What is happening with it , it is just a 100rs sim extender. Why the custom has rejected it

RS535450661CN was rejected in Beijing customs. It could be a mistake. Wait another 3 to 7 business days and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , it should have new status.
