1. If the tracking number you provided is yours, then the parcel was deliver. The parcel was available for pick up and was deliver the days after. Look at this tracking:

1. Sorry for you but possibly the seller is in fault and I would not be surprise that the parcel with the tracking number does not even belong to you.

2. Have you phone the Portugal Post about the parcel being deliver. Was it your name on it or somebody else. The recipient should have sign for the parcel and the recipient should have shown and ID card for the parcel!

3. Who is in fault here! I would say the seller. Just get your money back from the seller.
