Hello. My package has been sent 21.11.2015 ,but still I don`t have anything information. Im from poland. What I should do? Average time is 10-16 days. Now is 15 and no information.

the parcel status is normal. it should be outside china since Nov 21. Normally the parcel will keep travel another 2 to 5 weeks after it left China and before it arrives your country. You can not see new status during the outside-china travel time as none scan the parcel anymore.

the parcel is ok , it should be outside china now.
