Good morning
Can you get information about shipping RM237690635CN?
I saw that it stops from February 3 to "leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport / seaport" and on the Italian post office site the track is stopped at "intake from abroad".
Please help me!!

I would imagine once in your country it would be the countries postal service who you would need to contact

You are entitled to know the status of your parcel.

If you cannot get an answer from china post or italian post, open a dispute with seller.
