2. Other tracking are indicating that the parcel departed China for UK. I suspect UK has not registered your parcel yet into their system or they have lost it.

3. You should contact seller as soon as possible to let him know that you have not receive your parcel. Please take note that China is on a National holiday all week.

4. Recently their has been some UK resident experiencing the same problem as you.
