Hi all

i've orderen a new screen for my phone through Ali Express. I've never had any trouble and it was always worth the wait. However, it has been 18 days since my package last moved. Below, you can find the information I got through the tracking site.

Belgium
Destination Country 2016-03-31 08:12:00 Item released from customs
China
Original Country 2016-04-01 22:01:43 Shipped by air
2016-03-31 11:31:51 Export customs clearance complete
2016-03-31 09:19:02 arrive export exchange
2016-03-30 13:52:07 Export customs clearance complete

As you can see, the parcel has been shipped by air at the first of April, but hasn't shown any signs of life ever since. Someone who can help me out on what to do?

Could you please provide tracking number, maybe somebody could help you.
Also please have a look at this for your country:

I'm sorry did not see the tracking number, must have been the cold in Canada.
Good news for you, Look what I found:
2016-04-18 20:08 ,Awaiting presentation to Customs, Belgium
So you should be able to track your parcel at the Belgium Post Office.

So you should be able to track your parcel at the Belgium Post Office.
