Dear China Post,

I ordered 10 items with a company via Amazon on January 5th 2016. This company was shipping to me from China, and I myself am in the Netherlands. They still hadn't arrived a couple of days ago, and after contacting the company who sent me the items they let me know that you, the shipper, had somehow lost the package. Is there a way to file for reimbursement with you?
The tracking number is: RI806940462CN. The items were worth a total of EUR71.55,-

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was rejected in Feb. you should contact Amazon for non-arrival parcel solution.
