Hi again. Spoke to Royal Mail yesterday and they confirmed that the parcel arrived at Langley on 20/11 but can't give me anymore info. That was 14 days ago. Is this normal or is there a good chance that this parcel is lost? Thanks in advance Gav

Hi there, did your parcel arrive? Turns out Langley is heathrow. Mine arrived there 3 weeks ago and still hasn't arrived with me :(
