Hello! I need help from China post! I need to know whether my parcel is lost or not? It shows me that the parcel reached the destination but there is no other information! Can you check it for me , please?

The tracking number is: RI211120044BG

RI211120044BG arrived Guangzhou on Feb 3. it has delivery problem. You should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel if it has not been returned.
