Just want to know why RF298070729CN is at Milan Customs since two days and how can I get faster the customs process.
And I want to know how can I track the package in Italy?

1. When your parcel is out of Customs possibly here:

3. Italian Customs can take as much time as they want to inspect a parcel coming from Overseas. That goes also for any country in the World, Customs Office do their thin for our protection.
