hello, i have a question. I send the package with track number RE416241053GR from Greece to china but the person i send to did not received it...
what is going to be done with my package? is going to return back to greece? i have to ask for this? the package was registered. thank you

RE416241053GR can not be delivered in Shenzhen. you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel. if after one or two months(depending on delivery office's policy), it might be returned to Greece or sold by china government.

what do you mean it can not delivered to shenzhen? in tracking page shows that the package was in shenzhen and what an unsuccessful attempt to deliver it.
