Hi,

Apparently, my parcel was unsuccessfully delivered twice yesterday - I was in the office all day. Could you please advise when I can expect the next delivery? Is there a number I can call?

You need urgently contact your local UK post service(Yoyal Mail) to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to China.
