2. May I suggest you read this for EMS China:
This is China Post Express Post Service (EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

3. Seller 2-7 days must be for DHL and they are working days not calander days.

4. Your parcel must be doing this to get to you:
Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

5. Even Ali Express advertise 20-37 days for EMS parcel to South Africa. You need to be patient and wait for your parcel.

6. You might want to contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel as promise. Just to know what the story will be, probably the seller will blame China Post EMS and it's the holiday season for mail to go out of China.

Hi i had the EMS from Shanghai - its delayed from the start of November - be ok. My EMS took 16 days (normaly as you mentioned) to Europe.

Good luck, be patient.

my parcel no. RZ065166579GB is already in shenzhen, and its the address that I had given. import custom cleared. so, when will I recieved that parcel?

1. You should receive your parcel in a couple of days. You could also call China Post Hot Line 11185 (They speak only Mandarin) to find out where exactly (Post Office) the parcel is going to.

2. Or you could go to the nearest Post Office and possibly they could help you out.

3. Last tracking of your parcel is this:
2016-11-25 14:37:20.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

4. Your parcel is probably traveling to the next destination (Post Office) for delivery.
