First time this happened to me. I ordered something from China to Canada and it is going through swiss post?

This is my tracking number, RL902985850CH, but it's not showing anything. Any information would be great!

I suspect it's all working days they are saying.

2. Please don't forget that at the other end is the Italian Post and I suspect they won't jump up and down by saying hey it's Roberto Parcel so we need to scan it right now and get it to Customs for clearance.

3. Just to prepare you in case it take long to scan your parcel.

2. If the site told you 7 to 10 days, did they tell you it was working days by any chances.

3. Normally E Packet can take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver excluding the time the parcel is spending in the Customs of both countries.

4. Your parcel is fine, I don't see any problem in the tracking, it's On Route to USA and it's going to Chicago. You need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any movement.

5. Your parcel has been on the road for 5 working days.

2. Now that said you will not see possibly any tracking until your parcel hit Singapore. then possibly the tracking will start.

3. You will need to be patient and continue to track your parcel for any new movement.
