1. It can take 2 to 5 days before it is registered into the China Post system. I personally has a parcel not registered before 9 days into the system.

2. I have not found your parcel, if there is not tracking available in 10 days from the shipping day, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

I am in Toronto not Vancouver, and I have not received the parcel. I already waited 40 days for this, which location is it in right now

1. First thing, your parcel was put into the mailing system in China Post only on the 10 June 2016. It was not put into the mail 40 days ago, if the seller told you that, then that aspect of your story will be with the seller not with China Post.

2. When your parcel arrive in Canada, there is 3 possibility, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Those 3 places receive all Parcels (Mail) Inbound to Canada from Foreign Country, whether USA or India, it does not matter.

3. When a parcel depart from China 95% of the time it will end up in Vancouver Inbound Mail system at Canada Post. Then your parcel has to go through Canadian Customs Office to be clear, then it's given back to Canada Post for delivery.

4. Your parcel is Register Mail from China Post and can not be track in Canada. If your parcel arrive in Vancouver Inbound, then expect delivery within 5 to 6 weeks. This delay is due to a lots of work in Vancouver Customs Office.
