Why has my order been stuck in Wenzhou exchange bureau for 12 day?
My number is RJ582689375CN. What's wrong with it? My order is just a stethoscope.

My number is RI566793644CN, I ordered on 7/30/2015, to the United states. This is my first time ordering from China
The history looks like this:
06-Aug-2015 17:39 Received by Post Office 518103
07-Aug-2015 17:41 Departure export customs SHENZHEN
11-Aug-2015 09:01 Departure export customs SHENZHEN
Can anyone tell me what this means and what should I do about it?

RI566793644CN is on the way to USA, no need worry. you should get it by mid Sept.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 12. You need wait about 2 weeks to get the parcel.

what about the LS118500044CN and LS140647541CN ? it just stopped in shishi?
it was sent out earlier than a week compared to LS143788336CN. but it is still in China?
does this happen often?

appreciate the time and effort for the help.
